In this university we are aiming at graduating "job creators" rather than "job seekers". I know that achieving such a goal is a challenging task and not easily attainable, however, it is doable.

Therefore, we did our best to develop a clear cut strategy --a strategy that is doable and that is based on human resources of high caliber who can help us preserve and develop our university.

We can put the outline plan in the following points:

• To be a small university as much as we can.

• Adopt few and higher quality academic programs.

• Have an academic staff of high academic potential.

• Give the students the opportunity to access State-of-the-art equipments and resources and access knowledge environment.

• Significant academic advising system.

• Continuous search for development

• and last, think globally.

With these seven-points outline, GU will take off and cruise smoothly in the turbulence world of knowledge trying to provide best educational services to its student community.
